Basic Services
Basic Paint Job: $200
This is the basic service required for all paint jobs. It is a flat rate of $200 for all rooms up to 10*12ft and 8ft high.
Includes: One coat of wall paint, and basic wall prep and cleaning.
Additional Expenses to Basic Paint Job
Resources Used: All consumables used (paint, brushes, rollers, etc.) in the extent of SCP services are required to be paid in full according to their usage.
Room Size Pricing: For every foot increase from the standard 10*12*8ft size of a room being painted, an additional $10 (5%) of the Basic Paint Job priced is added to the cost.
Additional Services
Molding and Trim Paint
Painting your molding and trim is the perfect finishing touch to your room's paint job. For only an additional $1.50 per linear foot, it is worth the cost to make your room stand out.
Caulking
If you own a house over 10 years old, chances are that you need new caulking. You could have none at all! Add silicone caulk to your room's molding and trim in order to seal any cracks and insulate your home. The cost of services is $1.00 per linear foot.
Ceiling Paint
Why settle for just four walls when you can get the ceiling done too! Ceiling paint services are only $1.00 per square foot for any standard ceiling.
Furniture Removal and Rearrangement
If there is any furniture or other items of value in the room which will be an interference, an additional fee of %25 (of the total bill) will be enabled. This fee covers our labor to move the furniture for you. Furniture must be moved in order to protect it and because it is too difficult to work around. It is to the best interest of SCP and our customers to empty out their rooms before any work has begun for our and your own convenience.
